Hello Claire, thank you for your comment. I have not seen all the analyses of all the extra virgin olive oils (and some healthy ones may not even be analyzed), so I cannot be sure which is the highest phenolic EVOO this year. The Governor has been one of the especially high phenolic, extra healthy EVOOs for years, so it is a very good choice for health-conscious consumers like you. Hello, I have been drinking Governor limited edition olive oil from Corfu for the last few months for breakfast. Please could you tell me if this is the healthiest as the certificate from the university of Athens shows the high amounts of oleocanthal. Thank You, what a great website
