Our ‘Phenolic Shot’ label (Gold Bottle) was tested at a staggering 1100 mg/kg of total Polyphenols and 14.5 mg/20g of Hydroxytyrosol (and its derivatives). One only needs to take 7.5ml (just 60 Calories) per day in order to fulfill the EU Health Claim for Olive Oil.
EU Health Claim:
"Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. The claim may be used only for olive oil containing at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives per 20 g of olive oil.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 g of olive oil.

About Us
In the 1890’s our family settled in the Ancient Olympia vicinity; we were to become wine and current producers, physicians, governors, artists and writers. In the 1960’s we converted our vineyards to olive groves, and this is where our olive oil story begins.
As these trees matured, they nourished three generations, their yearly harvest becoming entwined with the family narrative...
