With family roots on the northern Aegean island of Lesvos, Hellenic Agricultural Enterprises (HAE) produces high quality organic and conventional extra virgin olive oils made exclusively from the Kolovi (or Valanolia) olive variety which is native to Lesvos. Established in 2013, HAE also aims to produce and distribute worldwide the best foods that Greece has to offer. The company now offers extra virgin olive oil under three award-winning brands -- ACAIA, Aeolian Olive, and L&KO -- as well as flavored olive oils and olive tapenades. HAE’s fruit preserves and other Greek specialties will be available soon.

Presented in a range of package designs and sizes, ACAIA, Aeolian Olive, and L&KO extra virgin olive oils are all noteworthy for their mild flavor. In contrast to most other healthy, award-winning olive oils, these brands display a naturally low bitterness and pungency characteristic of the unique Kolovi olive, which has been known since ancient times. L&KO is a premium organic extra virgin olive oil whose packaging was designed in collaboration with Japanese experts.

In addition to extra virgin olive oil, Hellenic Agricultural Enterprises (HAE) offers original condiments that consist of extra virgin olive oils flavored with all-natural essential oils: ACAIA Grapefruit and Bergamot (perfect for salads), ACAIA Oregano (wonderful on feta cheese or grilled fish or meat), and the typically Mediterranean combination of ACAIA Lemon and Oregano (ideal for seafood). HAE also features Black and Green olive tapenades.
