PJ KABOS Extra Virgin Olive Oil was declared “one of the World’s Best Olive Oils” at the New York International Olive Oil Competition in 2015, 2016, and 2017. The primary objective of PJ KABOS is to provide our customers worldwide with products of the highest quality possible while being cognizant of our responsibility to the Environment and to our Community.

PJ KABOS was established in 2013, starting with the family olive groves near Ancient Olympia that supplied our grandmother with the extra virgin olive oil that helped her live to age 103. With demand for our multiple award winning olive oil growing, PJ KABOS began working with local farmers and seasonal workers as well, supporting the local economy and the environment by using the traditional method of hand harvesting in spite of its higher cost. PJ KABOS extra virgin olive oil is produced with great care at every step, from the olive groves to oil extraction, storage, and bottling.

Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, known to the world simply as "Nobu" (pictured, center), is the highly acclaimed and influential chef/proprietor of the Nobu and Matsuhisa restaurants located on five continents. At the Matsuhisa Mykonos restaurant, PJ KABOS' founder, James Panagiotopoulos (pictured, left), first crossed paths with Chef Nobu and invited the renowned chef to taste his extra virgin olive oil. Nobu was so impressed with the quality of the oil that he decided to start using it in his restaurants. PJ KABOS now supplies world renowned Nobu Matsuhisa hotels and restaurants with its award winning olive oil.
